Terms & Conditions

  1. All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless there are material defects in the items and the determination of which is subject to the sole discretion of Essential Beauty House . Defective items are to be mailed back to us and delivery charges are to be borne by customers.

  2. Payment is to be made within 24 hours of ordering. If payment is not received within the stated time frame, orders placed will be automatically cancelled. Additionally, Essential Beauty House reserves the right to cancel orders for which payment is not received.

  3. Cancellation of orders is not permitted after payment is made.

  4. Confirmation of orders and notification of delivery will be via email.

  5. Items will be mailed out within the 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Subsequent delivery of items is subject to Pos Laju.

  6. Essential Beauty House will not be held accountable or responsible for items lost through mail. Registered mail is strongly recommended for the secure delivery of items.

  7. Essential Beauty House will not be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. Customers with sensitive skin are advised to conduct necessary preliminary tests on selected parts of the body.

  8. Essential Beauty House reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or any other promotional terms and conditions from time to time without notice and at our discretion.

    Please select iPay88 (May select Credit Card, Online Banking, eWallet or Paypal, a 2.5% processing fees apply), iPay88 support Malaysia's major banks and Credit Card payment.

    (2) Offline payment
    Deposit direct to our Public Bank, Maybank and Hong Leong Bank account by cash deposit machine, bank counter or cheque.
